I switched to XCEL Professional Services as I was dissatisfied with my previous 3rd party support team. In their presentation, XCEL impressed me with their honesty and knowledge of the complex environment that Strad has. Frontier Western Shop

Prior to our introduction to XCEL, Frontier was running on a network we did not trust.  There were frequent unexplainable crashes, errors, and constant issues with our computers.  As a Retailer open 7 days a week, we rely heavily on a stable system and the fast response time which XCEL now provides.

XCEL introduced us to a pleasant staff of analysts who are always willing to help and very responsive to our needs.  Over the first couple months, XCEL performed an overhaul cleanup and stabilization of our network on the server and each computer to ensure that we are fully secured, adequately backed up in the event of a data loss, and stable.  Since the cleanup was completed 9 months ago, we have not had a single network outage, or business impacting issue arise.  XCEL proactively maintains our network every month to ensure we continue running on a stable and secure system with little to no issues.

They have rebuilt our confidence in our network, and we trust that XCEL always has our best interests at heart.  We have no hesitation in recommending XCEL.

Luis Palacios – IT Analyst

Luis has been an IT Analyst at XCEL since August 2010. Prior to joining XCEL, he worked as a consultant for another Calgary based IT company acquiring a confident set of technical support and relationship building skills. He graduated from the computer engineering technology program at SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) in 2002 and began working as helpdesk technician. Craving more, Luis entered the world of IT consulting in 2007.
